Introduction

Welcome to RealVR, an educational platform developed as part of the "RealVR - Innovating Virtual Reality and EU Standards in the Real Estate Sector" project, supported by Erasmus+ program funding (Project Number: 2021-1-BG01-KA220-VET-000034659). The platform is owned by the partnership of the project, led by its coordinator, FIABCI Bulgaria. By accessing or using RealVR, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.

Acceptance of Terms

By using RealVR, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform. These terms may be updated periodically, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.

Platform Usage

Free Access: RealVR is provided free of charge. There are no payments or subscription fees required to access and use the platform.
Account Registration: Users may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up-to-date.
User Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Content and Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content available on RealVR, including but not limited to course materials, videos, texts, graphics, and VR simulations, is the property of the project partnership led by FIABCI Bulgaria.
Usage Rights: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the content without prior written permission from FIABCI Bulgaria.

User Conduct

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use RealVR for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the platform or its users. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Uploading or transmitting any harmful or malicious software.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts.
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts the functionality of the platform.
Respectful Behavior: Users are expected to interact respectfully with other users and staff on the platform. Harassment, abuse, or any form of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Disclaimer of Warranties

RealVR is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide high-quality educational content, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not make any guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FIABCI Bulgaria and its project partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of RealVR. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to RealVR at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms of Use or other policies.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.
